1. Marketplace role
StyleLoop is a technology marketplace that helps clients discover and book independent providers. Providers are independent businesses—not employees or agents of StyleLoop—and are responsible for the quality, legality, safety, pricing, licensing, permits, insurance, taxes, and delivery of their services. StyleLoop does not verify professional licenses or conduct background checks unless explicitly stated.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, protect your account access, and promptly update material changes. We may suspend or remove accounts that create safety, fraud, legal, or policy risk.
3. Bookings, deposits, and refunds
Appointment deposits are charged through the booked provider’s connected Stripe account and paid directly to that provider. The remaining service balance is paid directly to the provider at the appointment. Providers set booking and cancellation rules and are responsible for deposit refunds. StyleLoop may help escalate unresolved issues but does not guarantee a service outcome. The Refund Policy is part of these terms.
4. Provider plans
Free providers pay a $3 StyleLoop fee per booking. StyleLoop Pro is $19.99 per month and removes the StyleLoop per-booking fee while the subscription is active. Stripe processing charges may still apply. Pro visibility and badges are promotional benefits, not proof of licensure, identity verification, certification, or a background check. Mobile-app availability of plan enrollment may differ by platform rules.
5. User content and safety
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant StyleLoop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for technical formatting, and distribute it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service. You represent that you have the rights and releases needed for people, music, images, testimonials, and other protected material in your content.
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Users can report content and block interactions. StyleLoop may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content and account records to enforce these terms, protect users, investigate incidents, or comply with law.
6. Creator Partner Program
Approved creators receive first-eligible-click referral attribution for 60 days. Current terms provide one $5 commission after a referred provider successfully pays for an eligible Pro subscription, followed by a 30-day hold. Monthly bonuses use the single highest tier reached—not stacked: $20 at 10, $50 at 25, or $125 at 50 qualified paid subscriptions. Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, fraud, self-referrals, misleading claims, or policy violations may cause reversals, payout adjustments, suspension, or removal.
7. Disclaimers and limits
StyleLoop is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StyleLoop disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for provider conduct, service outcomes, off-platform payments, indirect damages, or losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Disputes with other users
Clients and providers should first use booking records, messages, and the support process to resolve service disagreements. StyleLoop may facilitate communication and preserve relevant records but is not a court, insurer, or professional licensing authority. Nothing in these terms prevents either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.
9. Termination, changes, and contact
You may stop using StyleLoop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend access for violations or risk and will provide an appeal path when appropriate. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including payment, ownership, dispute, safety, and liability terms—will survive. Material changes will be communicated when required.
